Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information will not be sent.

Property Access

  • Located in the gated community of River Run.
  • The community of River Run has steep, gravel roads to access the home.
  • 4WD/AWD is recommended year-round. In snow/ice, chains may also be necessary. It is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed inside the home and no trace of smoking should be left outside the home.
  • Minimum age to reserve is 25 years. This person must sign the agreement and be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Pets

  • This home is dog-friendly. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
  • Up to 99 dogs permitted. Fees may apply (see rental agreement for details).

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood may be purchased with a week's notice or at the time of booking. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments.
  • Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.

  • Well stocked kitchen with cooking basics, utensils, and kitchen basics.
  • Starter set of paper products provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a few garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. Quantities are sufficient for one or two nights.
